History

Key Concepts emerged out of the experience and background of a group of people who came to understand the important role of leadership training in bringing lasting change to cultures and people groups. Whether one was developing a school, church, hospital, agricultural project or orphanage, credible leaders who know how to work in the political and cultural setting of the country are vital to success.

Over the years the organizers of Key Concepts have developed national leaders who not only serve in their own countries but now assist the North American trainers in leadership development. This allows the work of Key Concepts to extend into areas of the world not normally open to North American influence.
